Shipping and Returns 
Shipping 

Upon receipt of the order, you will receive an order confirmation. We do have limited inventory in our store and if the piece is in stock we can ship within 7-10 days, but if we do not have inventory, each piece is individually made and requires a 4 week shipping window.  Please inquire if there is a greater urgency to the timing of the delivery. We wish to accommodate customer’s delivery requests if it’s in our ability. 

One of a kind or custom itemsrequire a 4-6 week shipping window .

Standard Domestic Delivery

Items are available for registered shipping within Israel via Israeli postal service. Estimated delivery time is 3-7 business days.

Standard International Delivery

Items are available for shipping to the USA, Europe and Australia via EMS (Israeli international postal service). Estimated delivery time is 10-14 business days.

Once we ship your package we will send you an email with a tracking number so you may monitor the status of your package online.

According to the treaties between Israel and the USA imports to USA are not subject to custom. 

Products shipped to Europe and Australia may be obligated to charges enforced by local regulation. Therefore the recipient of the products is responsible for all customs and import duties required for the export of their goods.

Any additional taxes, fees or other charges required to clear the parcel through customs will also be paid in full by the recipient.

Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. As a result we will be unable to advise or provide any assistance on these processes.

For further information we recommend that you contact your local customs office.

Cancellation and Returns

Your satisfaction with Anna Ben Ruby jewelry is our top priority. We offer full refunds on all items within 14 days of receipt of package by our customer.

As long as the jewelry has not been worn and are in their original purchased condition, including all product documentation.

Upon return of product purchased via PayPal or any credit card payment please allow 2 weeks for your account to be credited.

There will be a 5% cancellation fee for all cancellations and returns.

** In cases of exchange or cancellation of the purchase, the shipping cost of the return shall be borne by the client . The same applies to any insurance and /or tax fees.
